Ideal for blonde, pre-lightened, or lighter brown hair, it delivers a refreshing blue lagoon hue that lasts about 2–3 weeks or up to 10 washes, then fades gradually and evenly.

This semi-permanent, deposit-only formula creates vivid, tropical blue-green color on lighter bases and a softer, cool-toned tint on darker hair. For the boldest, most vibrant blue lagoon results, you will need to bleach (pre-lighten) hair prior to applying. On blonde or pre-lightened hair, Blue Lagoon appears as a bright, aqua blue with soft green undertones for a fresh, poolside finish. On light to medium brown hair, it creates a deeper, more muted teal-blue overlay. On darker hair, it enhances shine with a subtle blue-green reflect rather than a dramatic color transformation.

Love this blue!
This is my first time using Overtone. Easy to use. My hair is medium brown with a lot of silver/white showing. I tried a streak first, and loved it. Today I went all in. I hope it lasts as long as possible, because I love it!
And, my hair feels nice and well conditioned!

Wonderful! Beautiful results :)
This was recommended by my hair stylist to touch up my color and care for it, and I’m very happy with how it has worked for me. All of my hair is completely blue, so I’ve been using this to maintain the color. Before using the product I had more of a teal-ish color than what I wanted, and using color mask has toned it to exactly the color I was going for! Because I had some remaining black box dye on the ends of my hair, towards the bottom of my hair it was a bluish green that I wasn’t really a fan of, and I feel like overtone has helped to even it out. I was worried about my hands getting stained blue after running out of gloves, but I’ve found that for me the color easily comes off of my hands with just some good washing. Also, it makes my hair feel amazingly soft!!! Really happy with this product!!! I love the color so much :D
