Refunds and Store Credit
For all other orders, refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the order date. Requests submitted between 16 and 60 days after the order date are eligible for store credit. Refunds and store credit are issued only for products purchased directly from Overtone.co. If you purchased from another retailer or third-party seller, please contact them directly for assistance, as we’re unable to process returns for those orders.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect products, please contact us directly at hello@overtone.co as soon as possible. We’ll work quickly to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.
Important Notes
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable, as it is considered a completed part of the order process.
- We will provide a return shipping label. Please note, a shipping and handling fee of $5.95 may be deducted from your refund or store credit if the return is due to reasons such as “changed my mind” or “ordered the wrong item.”
- Shipping is a completed service and is non-refundable unless your package was incorrectly shipped or an error was made by Overtone.
- Once a return has been processed, we’re unable to make changes.
