    Works fantastic!

    I've used multiple other vibrant color depositing treatements from overtone, all on bleached/previously fantasy colored hair (same color as the products) and this one is by far the best!! I didn't even leave it on the full 10 minutes and it was dark and vibrant. The others I've had to leave on 20-25 minutes to get the really vibrant colors. It absolutely will also deeply color any part of your skin that it touches for more than a second so be careful when applying and definitely wear gloves.

    Caveats: I have multiple colors in my hair so I'm only using on a small chunk of my hair right at my hairline that is mostly grey so my professionally done fantasy color fades really quickly there. This allows me to keep it looking as vibrant as the rest of my hair for far longer. So I can't say much about hydration/etc though all of their products I've used on more of my hair in the past have been excellent in that sense!

    Just to be clear, I know the rest of my hair looks dark but there was already a dark blue fantasy color on this portion of my pre-bleached hair so this was added on top of the fading color. I do not think it would make much of a difference if I used directly on my dark brown natural color. I feel like Overtone is pretty good about showing actual results for the different natural hair colors so definitely make sure you look at those if you're not intending to pre-bleach.

    Excellent but wear gloves!!!

    I've used the vibrant purple conditioner in the past and it never stained my hands so didn't think about it. I was scrubbing blue off my hands for hours...took using alcohal wipes to get it off. Good news, it also stuck to my hair REALLY well. Highly recommend but wear gloves when you put it on and try not to get it on your skin/scalp. I have multiple colors in my hair but the front blue piece in the pic is where I used this. That chunk of my hair is mostly grey so it doesn't hold color very well, even professionally done color, which mine is. So this is a great way to maintain the color for way longer!! I use it maybe once a month but I do only wash my hair every four or five days.
