Accessibility Statement for oVertone
We want everyone who visits the oVertone website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding, going above and beyond the recommendations stated in Section 508Link opens in a new tab of the Rehabilitation Act 1998.
What are we doing?
To help us make the oVertone website a positive place for everyone, we've been referring to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1Link opens in a new tab. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, more compatible with assistive technology, and more user friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the oVertone website.
How are we doing?

The accessibility experts at ilumino, llc will conduct manual testing on a Windows or Mac computer using NVDA, JAWs, or VoiceOver, as appropriate. Proprietary software is used for all automated testing.
Statement of Exclusion
There are some areas on the website, provided by 3rd party vendors, that may not be accessible or usable by everyone equally, despite our best efforts and insistence. We may not control those areas or plugins. Upon notice, we will contact these providers and request that they correct any code that does not comply with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines and we will update those areas as soon as possible.
