Leaping Bunny and PETA certified, Overtone Color Depositing Conditioner in Vivid Violet is a pigmented daily conditioner designed to refresh, enhance, and maintain bold purple hair color while conditioning. It’s ideal for anyone who wants visible, salon-quality color at home without bleach or ammonia.
Vivid Violet delivers a bright, high-impact purple with cool undertones, perfect for boosting vibrancy, reviving faded color, and maintaining a striking, eye-catching finish between salon visits or full dye sessions.
This is a non-damaging, deposit-only formula with no lightening agents, so it adds color on top of your existing shade rather than lifting it. Color typically lasts about 3–5 days and can be reapplied as often as you like for ongoing vibrancy, intensity, and quick touch-ups.
Available in 35 shades including Royal Plum, Cherry Chestnut, Ginger Glow, Vivid Violet, and Espresso Brown it offers options ranging from subtle, natural-looking enhancement to bold, vivid tones. You can target faded or uneven areas or apply root to tip for an all-over color refresh.
The formula combines conditioning agents (cetearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, behentrimonium chloride, glycerin) with aloe barbadensis leaf juice to help hydrate, soften, and improve manageability. A blend of nourishing oils—including shea butter, coconut, jojoba, meadowfoam, linseed, sunflower, argan, and Abyssinian seed oil—helps smooth the hair surface, reduce frizz, and enhance shine for healthier-looking, more vibrant purple hair.

I've been using this product for several years now in the extreme purple and extreme blue on my mid to dark brown hair. I love the color tint it gives to my hair and I get compliments on it all the time. I've tried another brand and that brand just does not last as long as Overtone....I use the deep conditioner once every 3 weeks or so and that keeps my color going strong. Plus, it does condition my hair and makes it feel fuller and softer.
