    This is the absolute best purple. I prefer red leaning purples, and this one is beautiful. I've used it on my natural dark blonde, and bleached hair.

    Definitely Works for Brown Hair

    I have naturally chocolate brown hair so a medium to dark brown & of course the lower portion near the nape of my neck is always the darkest parts. That lower half of hair is where I typically use the purple & lordy does she pop! In general I always pick whatever color Overtone in the "for brown hair" option if they have it otherwise even when my hair is lighter (dark blonde, strawberry blonde, or highlights) the normal range doesn't come out as bold as it is in the container when applying. I do highly recommend & love adding the color daily conditioner that truly keeps the color revitalized & it's longevity.
