Mushroom Brown for gray blending demarcation line and toning orange
I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I'm growing my gray out after years of box dye. My hair was dark ash blonde/ light brown. I had been touching up my roots approximately every 6 weeks. I put off touching up my roots for a couple months nor refreshing any my hair color and my color had faded/washed out and I was surprised at how much gray I had that I hadn't noticed before. Decided it's time to do something about it and spent hours searching online for correcting options to grow out my gray. My old hair dye was becoming orange so I needed to tone it as well as blend the demarcation line. I decided on semi-permanent hair color. I started with Overtone Stormy Silver. The color results were too cool for me, washing me out making my face look pale. However, it did blend everything very well. I was concerned the brown colors would be too dark or too warm as there weren't many reviews or pictures with my issues to help me with my choice. I searched for semi-permanent that was an ash brown or dark ash blonde and decided to try a different brand,(Po___) . After performing a test patch it turned my hair and orangey Brown.
So I decided on the Overtone in Mushroom Brown, not many reviews with gray and orange to cover to help me with my choice but decided I could do a patch test before using it. After trying this light brown I am very pleased with my results . It toned my orange and help cover the demarcation line and blend everything together. Also I did the patch test…
