Sponsorship
The Protect Your Glow Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Overtone Color ("Sponsor") in partnership with KraveBeauty. The Giveaway will be conducted as described in these Official Rules.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 22, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on July 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST ("Entry Period").
All entries must be received during this time to be eligible.
Agreement to Rules
By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older at time of entry.
Employees of Overtone Color, Krave Beauty, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Enter by submitting your information through the official giveaway form.
- Limit one (1) entry per person
- Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except at Sponsor's discretion.
Winner Selection & Notification
Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winners will be contacted via email on or before August 5, 2026.
If a winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for missed notifications due to spam filters or incorrect contact information.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Rights Granted
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Terms & Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity.
Any attempt to tamper with the Giveaway may result in disqualification.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Overtone Color, Krave Beauty, and their affiliates, employees, and partners from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in New York courts.
