OFFICIAL RULES – SUMMER COLOR RESET GIVEAWAY

Sponsorship

The Summer Color Reset Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Overtone Color (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules.

AGREEMENT TO RULES

By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Overtone Color, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies—as well as their immediate family members—are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on May 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on May 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).

Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

Enter by submitting your information through the official giveaway entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified.

Entries that are incomplete, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

PRIZE

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $100 Overtone gift card.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 USD per prize.

Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Winners will be notified via email on or before June 5, 2026.

If a winner does not respond within five (5) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or technical issues.

ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and general location (city/state) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU

By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use submitted information for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with applicable laws and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the Giveaway may result in disqualification.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Overtone Color and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

DISPUTES

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, and entrants waive the right to participate in class actions.

PRIVACY POLICY

Information submitted is subject to the Overtone Color Privacy Policy.
