Official Rules – Gloss Goals Giveaway
Sponsorship:
The sponsor is Overtone Color (“Sponsor”). Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Agreement to Rules:
By entering the Gloss Goals Giveaway, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant at its sole discretion. You also represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Giveaway Period:
The Gloss Goals Giveaway is an ongoing, monthly promotion. Each Entry Period begins at 12:00 am EST on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 pm EST on the last day of that same month. Entries submitted during any monthly Entry Period are eligible for that month’s drawing and all subsequent months, unless the entrant has already won.
How to Enter:
Eligible entrants may enter by submitting the required form via the official giveaway page. Incomplete, duplicate, or noncompliant entries will be disqualified. Automated or fraudulent methods of entry are not permitted.
Prizes:
100 winners will each receive one (1) unit of The Gloss Sachet (1 oz), a shine-enhancing treatment mask from Overtone. Approximate retail value may vary. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes. By accepting the prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
Odds:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Each month, 100 winners will be selected at random under Sponsor supervision from the pool of all eligible entrants who have not previously won. Once you enter, you remain eligible for future monthly drawings unless you are selected as a winner. Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the first of each month. Sponsor is not responsible for missed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other delivery issues. If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be chosen.
Rights Granted by You:
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your entry content (if applicable), name, likeness, and biographical info for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Terms & Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances impact the fairness or integrity of the contest. Any person found tampering with entry mechanisms or violating these rules may be disqualified.
Limitation of Liability:
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Overtone Color, its affiliates, agents, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising from entry or acceptance/use of the prize.
Disputes:
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York, and you waive the right to participate in a class action.
