OFFICIAL RULES – CARE ESSENTIALS GIVEAWAY
SPONSORSHIP:
The sponsor is Overtone Color (“Sponsor”). Sponsor will conduct the Care Essentials Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.
AGREEMENT TO RULES:
By entering the Care Essentials Giveaway, the entrant (“Entrant,” “You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant at its sole discretion if these Official Rules are not followed.
By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements outlined below.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Overtone Color, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of those employees are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The Care Essentials Giveaway begins on March 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).
All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible participants may enter by submitting the required information via the official giveaway entry form on the designated giveaway page.
Entries that are incomplete, duplicate, automated, or generated by fraudulent methods will be disqualified.
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.
PRIZES:
Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Care Essentials Set, which includes:
1 Hydrator Shampoo (Full Size)
1 Remedy Treatment Mask (2 oz)
1 The Gloss Shine Treatment
1 Limited-Edition Overtone Hair Towel
Approximate retail value (ARV) may vary.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.
By accepting the prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
ODDS:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Ten (10) winners will be selected at random under Sponsor supervision from all eligible entries.
Winners will be notified via email on or about March 31, 2026.
Sponsor is not responsible for missed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or technical delivery issues.
If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU:
By entering this Giveaway, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any media worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the promotion.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the operation of the Giveaway or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may result in disqualification.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Overtone Color, its affiliates, employees, partners, and agencies from any liability, loss, injury, or damages resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
DISPUTES:
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict of law doctrines.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and participants waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Overtone Color Privacy Policy.
