    Didn't realize how much I needed this

    I had previously used a variety of overtone colors on my lightened (naturally dark) hair, going back years. Then I switched away and went natural for a long while. Recently I felt like my hair had changed, blamed it on aging, kept thinking it was damaged, but it was actually a protein overload/dry situation. This conditioner is a surprisingly large bottle and REALLY helps hydrate my hair. I have somewhat fine/medium, low density hair that seems to be fairly low porosity. For me it's not enough on its own, but it is WAY better than lots of big name brand conditioners. Highly recommend.
