I've been using another brand of hair mascara to put heightened blue streaks in my gray hair after using the Daily Color Depositing Conditioner overall. Now that OVERTONE has made the Color Wink, I am using that for the hair streaks. I just wish the brush wasn't so flexible, but I guess for applying to eyebrows the flex helps...
