The new Smokey Blue is the color I've been waiting for! 4 years ago, I embraced my gray, coloring my hair was no longer worth the time and money, and I wasn't happy with the way it looked. I tried the Extreme Silver, but left green undertones as it faded. My natural hair color can best be described as Eastern Gray Squirrel tail, with light gray, darker gray, and a bit of washed out reddish brown. Today, I'm happy with my color again! I love the color of this one! I applied it over bleached hair (level 8/9), my favorite part is how it matches my eye color (hence the goofy picture). It takes half a container to fully saturate my hair and seems to fade faster. I co-wash my hair every four days or so and I'm updating the color every fourth wash. However, I do like this color so I am spending more $$$ than I would like to.
