To be eligible for a return, you need to complete the returns process via the form below within 25 days of receipt. After that period and within 60 days of purchase, you will only be eligible to return an item for store credit. If you opened or used your product, it is not eligible for a return. A few things to note:

  • After we issue a refund, it can take 3-5 business days to see a credit minus shipping back to your original form of payment.
  • If you paid for your order with points or a gift card, the total minus shipping will be credited back to the gift card.
  • If you'd like to exchange a product, you'll need to complete the returns process and place a new order for the item you want.
  • For health and safety concerns, product returned to us for any reason is not restocked.
